Friday, a win. 8-5 over Pelham.

 

Saturday, the peewee rockhouinds saw a 4-4 draw with Akwesasne.  Their goalie was enormous, and the rockhounds peppered over 50 shots on him!  We needed a big win in the afternoon to cover the goals for ratio and came through over Six Nations 3.

 

In the A championship game, the peewee rockhounds battled hard but met our match with the stick skills of Six Nations 2.  This team was highly skilled; the boys showed great determination to keep battling and score a few.

 

Overall, as displayed in the photo, this tournament was a huge success for the team!  They came together as a group and played great lacrosse.  We’re coming home with hardware and a few lessons in our back pocket on where we can get better over the course of the season.
